When will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order.
This does not include weekends or holidays.
Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic / international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get your order to you as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our products, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 2-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance travelled and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our products, these are only estimates.
What happens if my order get stuck at customs or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize!
The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, where possible.

Will I be Charged for Customs & Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
In our experience we have found that most packages fall under the threshold of paying Customs and Taxes, but this varies depending on the value of your order and the country you live in so we cannot guarantee that you will not be charges these duties.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country as they are beyond our control.

Why is my order being shipping in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available to send to you the fastest.
Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up the rest of your order and to get your items to you as fast as possible!

How much does XYZ product cost in my local currency?
Due to the constant fluctuation of the various currencies, we are unable to supply current prices in currencies other than the USD before checkout.
If you would like to get an idea of what an item will cost in your local currency before checkout you can visit XE.com
During the checkout process you will be shown an estimated amount your purchase will cost in your local currency. This amount may however differ slightly due to currency fluctuations during the conversion process and due to conversion charges that your bank collects during the conversion process.
